What track times have you all been running with b16's in Eg's. Im curious b/c im doing my b16 swap into the vx hatch next week and then im running at the track and I want to be able to calculate right where I should be.

Im gonna be Running the 1/4 at MIR and I run the 1/8 mile at a little track called sumerduck near my town. Thanks for giving me some ideas on what I might run.

 

I ran 15.0@89mph when i had my B16. I weighed 2430 stripped. 94+ Si hatches are heavy bitches!!

 

i hit a 13.5 @ 98 mph, in my b16 cx, weighed in at 2010lbs

 

On this topic, i have a little question how much will a lsd help your times?

like the 93's are any better?

 

they are... they had one less airbag

 

i remember hearing about a fully jdm out eg with a b16 pulled a mid 15's on a 1/4 mile. im not sure if thats what your looking for?
could be the mods or the driver or both?

short ram intake, header, 2.5 inch exhaust, CM stage 4, chipped ecu, ctr cams, skunk2 cam gears, 22x8x15 MT slicks

 

i got a LS motor with I/E in my 93 SI full interior. and it ran 15.1 @ 89

the 94-95 had a good bit of extras like pass. airbag, ABS, and i think they has some power stuff

 

in my b16a 94 ex coupe, i ran 15.30 @ 91mph with i/e and my timing was at 14 degrees.

 

ran 14.6 in my jdm eg6
pick up 2x jdm b18c1's tomorrow for around $1k all up, ready for phase 2 :D

 

Mines in the sig... thats with i/h/e-2.5, msd, untuned V-afc.

most guys up here in MN with B16 swaps into their egs' hit mid 15's. I haven't really seen one break high 14's as of yet. I'm taking about b16 in egs w/ H/I/E.

 

i went 14.8 @90.5? i hav a intake and axle back and a chipped p28..........did on snow tires too........

 

I'm running high 13's now on a jdm b16 in a 92 VX. I/H/E, chipped p28.

 

ran 1/8. at irwindale raceway.
