depends on the width and offset of the wheel, also, go with a 17 if possible, lighter weight, less rotational inertia = better performance, less risk of bending also, and better ride quality....cheaper too, and more tire selection....

8in wide seems like it's going to rub with out some magor off set.... I would look for some 17in wheels as well, but its your car so do what you like as long as you have fun doing so
