help me turn grey into black.
I'm thinking about having my interior dyed black. I was wondering how many people have done this and their overall experience with it. I already have the black ITR seats so its the rest of the interior that I'm refering to. Second I would like to know how many people are just changing these parts to the jdm ctr panels instead of having to dye the parts. How much did you pay and where did you get the parts from?
Thanks in advance for the good info

i dyed some floormats we bought on ebay for my wife's EF using some carpet/vinyl/upholstery paind/dye i got for $4 at Autozone. They were brown originally, and we wanted them black. They actually ended up darker than the black carpet in her car, and they look awesome. that stuff will work on your carpet and floormats, and it's supposed to work on your dash and other interior pieces. I suggest you take everything out of the car first though. buy a piece of grey plastic interior for a civic from a junkyard and practice on it first so you can see the results.
wow, i learn something new here every day. i wansnt aware that you can dye your interior, let alone hearing about people doing it.
