Default difference on front speakers?

whats the difference between front speakers, and component speakrs?

can i just change the fronts? whats a good pair to get for clean better sound than stock but not to expensive?

component speakers are speakers that have a seperate tweeter and midbass. its a set. the other type of speaker is coaxial. coaxials have the tweeter and midbass integrated together. usually the tweeter is on top of the midbass. of course the components are gonna sound better cuz they can provide a lot better imaging. if ur not into spending a lot of money and u dont choose to use an amp to run the speakers, coaxials r just fine. i can name a number of brands but u need to give me a price. i have a shop in pasadena 626 area, where i can get a u a good deal from. let me know...

Components are generally more expensive. Generally $125 and sky's the limit.
