just curious what you guys are doing for power and what your goals are. im happy with my stockright now as i road race my car monthly, does just great. but i was thinking about some bigger cams so i could make my power band a little bitter. this is not a debate about what motor to buy so please dont anyone mention that.

You won't find many B16B owners around here, if any... Except maybe user Mugen76, I think.

And what does it mean to make your powerband a little bitter?

I say Better =P .. but what he probably is looking for is improved mid-range and possible low end power if he road races...basically I would believe that any power adders for a B18C5 will show simliar results in a b16b..

yeah.. future plans include, toda B head package, hondata, and tuning. should keep me in the 180whp range. right now, i'm only getting 155whp on a bad headgasket/stock ecu/bad iacv and no tuning. i love the b16b lsd and final drive tranny. that's about it..

ok, for everyone who couldnt figure it out, i ment bigger
right now im at 157 completly stock. just wanting to rev a little higher, if i cared about " low end tourque" i wouldnt have gotten a 1.6. im leaning towards to the B's too right now, maybe that and some head work. by the way, final drive is same as most b16's and itr trannys, why do you love it so much? dont get me wrong, i like it too, but just courious

One of the first things I'd do, if I had the cash, invest in an ATS 4.9 fd, flywheel, that sort of thing. Your motor can wait for a little bit. It has enough power to get you around the track.

I know it's a little off topic and you might not know but is the CTR Intake Manifold the same as the ITR intake manifold. Thanks guys.

I have a rhd ctr with the b16b and I am getting the spoon 1.8 stroker kit. It is a good price like around 1000 for what you get imo.

Of course, 110lbs/ft@10500rpm. Torque is for dragfags.
