I purchased the the EXEDY Racing Clutch from clutchcityonline.com and im curious if this the clutch everybody is having a problem with? I origianlly thought it was the standard version but then alot of peeps were telling me that they are all bad and they all need special adjusting! Can somebody fill me in with the correct info??
I have the exedy racing clutch and dropped it from 8000rpm on slicks all season last year and I can still ****** 2nd today. I did have to adjust it a little but I have no complaints.
Just make sure the t-out bearing travel is adjusted properly. If you depress the pedal all the way in and hear grinding, its not. You can also try making a bump stop to manually prevent too much travel.

Can you explain what a bump stop is? I never heard of that. Would you guys trade this clutch if u could for a ATS? Also is it the Racing Clutch model that gives everybody the problem or another model they sell?

I have the Organic clutch. I got it installed at the dealership about 10k miles ago. No problems yet.
