How much can one expect to pay for a new remote to unlock the doors & arm/disarm my alarm on a 2000 gsr. It's a factory alarm system and I lost one of the two remotes - I have both ignition keys, but I also need to have a key made for the front door lock. Can this be done anywhere besides an acura dealer?

 

i thought the ignition and door key were the same....it will probably cost like 100 bucks or so for a new remote....but that's just a guess

 

i dunno, my ignition key doesn't work in my door

 

new remote at the dealer is 50 bucks

 

i think mine was close to $70, but i dont really remember
