Default OEM Type-R LSD vs. OEM 4 pinion clutch type LSD

Which would be the better choice? This is going to be for a boosted application that will see plenty of track time as well as occasional street driving. Will the Type-R one even bolt into my tranny? I am using a JDM B16 cable trans. Basically I am looking for the pro and cons of both. I was told that the 4 pinion clutch type is much better for drag racing but I know of lots of people using the Type-R one. Could someone please help me out on this one? Thanks in advance.

I've seen many discuss this question before, and most likely you will hear people tell you to get a Quaife. That's what I'm waiting to get.
