FS: homemade turbo kit for D-series motor!
i am selling my 'homemade' turbo kit parts include:
manifold (Civic Std. manifold)
adapter plate
IHI RHB5 turbo (off a 89 Mazda MX6, no shaft play) boosts 8psi
custom 2.5 inch downpipe
oil and coolant lines (rubber 350psi tranny line for the oil, good ****)
oil fittings
some charge pipes
blow of valve (BOV, off MX6/626)
and gaskets
YOU NEED: fuel management, intercooler, fitting welded into the oil pan, and probly some more charge pipes.
this should fit any D-series motor with little to no mods...
i have had it on my car for about 3 months with no problems (DOHC ZC and an A6, sold my ZC). buying a B16 or an LS motor, so im selling my D-series parts. i have pics can email them if you want will post some later too...
$600 + SHIPPING
i also have another 'kit' but its not complete, needs a BOV, and a plate made. taking offers on that too. has the same IHI turbo (perfect condition), HF manifold, 2.5 inch downpipe etc.

Which car does that turbo come off of? And what's it spool by? (On a 1.6 SOHC)
Also, what kind of BOV? And are your oil lines stainless? OR just some high pressure rubber hoses?

haha, Vince if i can get a killer ****** deal on it then yes. but found this place last night that is local that sells B16s for $900bucks! (engine + tranny, no ECU)...
