**crx hatch rattle?**
hey how can i get rid of that annoying rattle that my hatch makes on my 89 crx si?

also does any got any crx floor mats for sale ? dont care the condition, or any place i can buy new ones?

There are little black rubber stoppers on both corners of the hatch. Loosen them up and the hatch will close more securely.

if that doesn't work you can wrap electrical tape around the hook...

To get rid of my rattle I took a tire patch and made two thin slices. Then I wrapped them around the latch and used the glue that comes with the patch kit to seal the pieces together around the latch. So far i have had no problems and NO MORE rattle. It's great. If you try glueing the rubber to the latch it wont stay because of the metal. The rubber has to be glued to itself in order to stay. The rubber is pretty durable and should last a while if you do a good job the first time. Also, the job doesnt look ghetto at all and if you didnt know any better you would think it came like that.
