I just bought a full gen 3 drag turbo setup for a helluva price, only problem is its for a b series engine. How much modification will I have to do to get it on my d16y7? Will I need a different manifold or can I use the b series manifold?

The manifold won't work, you'll need a D series one. The new manifold may or may not line up with the downpipe, so you may have to modify it. The upper charge pipe to the throttle body will be too short, since your throttle body sits vertically. You'll need to add a 90 degree bend to reach it. Depending on what chassis the kit was designed for, you'll probably have to tweak the rest of the piping a little to get it to fit.

 

Ok the kit was deisgned for a 2000 integra. I am trying to put it in a 98 civic cx. If I don't have to do that much modifying I am going to purchase it, lets just say it cost less than $500.00 for the whole setup w/intercooler, its a greddy kit. Let me know what you think.
