Default B20 swap was fine, now what!?!?!

Ok.
88 hatch with b20 converted to OBD1, everything was fine, untill today when I started the car, and it revs up for about 10 sec, then shuts off.

93 integra full harness/ 95 integra engine harness/ OBD1 injectors and rail on Skunk manifold/95 LS ecu........No resistor box....( no plugs on the harness for it )

Changed so far:

Main relay- 3 times ( i have 3 of them )
Fuel filter
Fuel pump works
Took off fuel return line and it is dumping fuel. ( into a fuel safe container )
Tightened throttle cable to try and keep it idle- doesnt work, just revs higher untill it shuts off.
No codes on 95 LS ecu
Grounds are good, all fuses are good, everything else works......
Everything was running fine, and driveable untill today? WTF!

What else can I do? I exhausted myself for a while, and I cant figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated .

try changing out the distributor. are you using an obd0/1/2 ecu? i know an obd1 ecu will not talk properly to an obd0 dizzy, and they could fry eachother out.

The dist, and the ECU are OBD 1.

Brand new coil/ igniter in the dist.

Could it just be a ECU problem? I bought it used.
( but there are no check engine lights )

Changed map's from OBD0/1/2 nothing seems to help......
