I have no clue who makes it but i saw it once before in a magazine, its a cowl hood (no clue whether it is fiber glass or carbon fiber)...the cowl is rear facing and it has gauge pods in the cowl that you would be able to see from looking out the windshied...i think it holds 3 gauges...but i cant seem to find it anywhere...i believe the cowl hump itself was 2 or 3 inches and it was on a blue civic that i remember...

This is for a 6th gen civic...any help will be appreciated!

 

It's fiberglass, and the name of the company is Cervini's. H-T user ShawnHayes is using one of their other hood designs, you might IM him for info.
