what tool to use to cut hole bigger for CAI install? need help now!
aight, got everythin doen and off but come to find i dont have the rite tool to make the stock hole bigger. what exactly do i need to do this. i have a dremel, that didnt work. what do i use!
a dremel should work fine with the right bit.... i used a dremel to widen the hole on my 93 prelude
if you got a (re-ci-pre-kate-ing ) saw also known as a electric jig saw take it to home depot and ask for the a blade that will cut metal and there you go . if you dont have a recipricating saw you can rent one from homedepot for a few bucks. that will do the trick.

i used a sawzaw last nite. worked pretty well. had to use a hammer a little to even it out. worked just fine tho. thanks for the help.
damn you used a f-in big saw to cut the hole with , were the blades teeth far apart, if they where i bet it keeped jaming/grabing on the metal and thats why maybe u have to use a hammer to tap the edges of the metal flush. oh well make sure you use some anti-rust to prevent the edges from rusting.
I didn't check the clearance behind the hole on my 92 accord but, if you use a reciprocating or jig saw, be sure you have enough clearance behind so you don't pole little dents with the blade tip.
