Default What the worst that could happen? (81mm pistons w/out honing)

EDIT: Title should read "Whats the worst that could happen? (81mm pistons w/out honing)

Here is the deal. I wanna put CTR pistons in my B17A but I am cheap as **** so I wanna do it myself and try and avoid pulling the motor and having the machine work done. I dont wanna pull the motor because I cant be without a car for that long. The car doesnt burn any oil now so I assume the cylinder walls are ok. Also, the compression checks out fine, 175-185 across the board. What is the worst that can happen if I swap out the pistons, rings and headgasket, all for new OEM parts? All I can think of is the pistons may not seat right, but anything beyond that?
