Default valve clearence for a 96 ls

can anyone tell me what the valve clearance should be set at...intake and exhaust for a 96 ls...and if i were to just drop some itr cams in a ls engine any benifits with just the cams if even possible...thanks

B18B valve specs:
Intake: 0.003" - 0.005" (0.08mm - 0.12mm)
Exhaust: 0.006" - 0.008" (0.16mm - 0.20mm)

I don't believe VTEC cams are a straight drop in mod for a Non VTEC engine. The vavletrain is not equipped w/ LMA for the VTEC lobe when not engaged. HTH
