I have noticed a wierd vibration when i come to a stop on my drivers side. I can feel it in the brake pedal quite a bit too. It seems to do it more when i have the wheel turned just a little bit while coming to a stop. I checked the boots and they are not torn or anything, but i dont think the axles have ever been replaced. and with 119k miles and plenty of burn outs they are sure to go out soon.
what are the symptoms to an axle going out

 

if u feel vibration during brakin.. are u sure its not from some warped brake rotors???

 

Bad Axles "CLICK" under acceleration while turning.

You got a brake problem.

 

Clicking or popping when turning. Telltale sign is grease splattered everywhere from the CV joint. I agree that the issue your're having is due to the brakes, probably warped rotors.

 

I'll have them checked, but it doesn't actually feel like the brakes.
well i guess it would be a good time to upgrade to powerslot if they are warped

Get Brembo's. Blanks are cheap.
