Gimme yer opinions on H&R springs and other
I know this has been pretty well beat but I can't find that much clear info. Right now I have Eibach Sportlines and I'm kinda getting sick of the roughness of the ride, I guess I'm getting older and I would like a more "refined" ride thats not so jarring. I guess what I'm looking for is a lower spring rate which isn't so stiff and I wanna heighten the car a bit, I'm sick of destroying my header on speedbumps and whatnot. How are the H&R OE Sports or the Sports? How do you like them? I was also thinking about getting some Eibach Pro-kit springs. With the new springs if its not as tight in the twisties I have some control arms I pressed Prothane Polyurethane bushings into awhile ago, I just couldn't take the ride with them and the Sportlines. Gimme you thoughs, also maybe some other springs. Maybe Progress springs? Do they make nice like 1" drop springs?
i recently installed h&r oe on my 99 gsr, i'm also using stock shocks. the ride is the same as stock, the only thing i have noticed is that there is a little less roll when taking hard turns. definitley looks better than stock height even if its a .75in drop. I don't think they're available for 2nd gen tegs.
3rd Gen specs: H&R OE 0.75" - 276 lb/in [front] & 0.75" - 220 lb/in [rear]

I have heard good things about H&R OE, and really any H&R spring. I had Neuspeed sports and liked the ride, but one spring started making noise. It may have been instalation or another problem but thats just my experience. ITR springs get good reviews since they are a little stiffer and lower the car a little.
