Hey how's it going guys,
I'm still kinda new at this so bare with me if i say anythign stupid. I haven't done
any real hardcore mods to my car yet (basically intake, strut bar, and exhaust.)
However, due to an accident (my friend borrowed my car and was racing! ) about a year ago, my 1995 integra LS was totalled. I did get it fixed (supposedly ) that year, but over the past winter there was some leakage somewhere and a part of the engine ended up freezing causing a crack in the block, i think.
Anyway, on to the real question. I'm considering doing doign a swap for a 93-95 JDM Honda H22A 2.2L DOHC VTEC Engine complete with automatic transmission. I've heard that I need to get new shocks n springs since the engine is a lot heavier, but I don't know if that's all. Can anyone tell me what other mods I'd need to do so that the engine would be able to go into my integra?
Also, I found a Honda 160hp B16A 1st Generation VTEC Complete Engine that includes the automatic transmission. Which one would you recommend for a daily driven integra?
