She ran the Barber Dodge series last year...

 

She drives for Bobby Rahal in Toyota Atlantics this year. She also live just outside of Columbus !!! at least part time.

 

I remember an article in Autoweek a year or so ago talking about her future in CART. The most striking thing about that article was the picture of her in a helmet with those green eyes of hers the only thing you see.

Someone on this board had that picture as their avatar at one point...

We need more girls like this in our region SCCA

 

Racer chicks are cool. Probably because they're as crazy as we are.

 

Everybody was saying that she would be the first girl to race in F1, because of her relationship with Bobby Rahal. No, not that kind of relationship, you people are sick. Anyway, when he got fired from his position with Jag, her chances of reaching that level went down considerably. Rumor had it that Rahal had all but gotten her a drive in F3 when he got canned. She did alright in Barber Dodge last year, but not as well as some people had hoped. It will be interesting to see if she can hold her own in Formula Atlantic....

I remember an article on her in GRM a few years ago. IIRC, she's been in England learning to race the past few years.

She also Kicked Trans-Am's Tommy Kendal in last year's Toyota Pro-Celebrity race at Long Beach.

 

Thats where I remember seeing her. Just couldn't out my finger on it. I think this is her...

I dated her for a couple of months but she was a bad backseat driver

 

She's fast as hell but the hot pants and leather are kind of embarrassing. Time will tell if this "spread" proves to be a clever professional move.

I'm guessing that a spread in major magazine is going to do nothing but make her sponsors happy. As well stated by Jennie Finch, softball hottie, and winner of ESPN Page 2's "Hottest Female Athelete" -- "exposure" is always good.

On another racing-related note, is this the same girl that ran the ALMS series in the now defunct DC Gran Prix last year? If so, and IIRC, she not only nicely fills out three layers of nomex, she also has a very impressive academic record.
