Default Would a barometer sensor cause this?????

I have a 91 hatch, and first of all where is the baro sensor at?? Second, last year in the summer when the temp hit around 90 and up my car wouldn't start, i was told it may be the baro sensor acting up. So i'm curious to know if a faulty baro sensor can cause the car not to start. Thanks

I've had the same problem. When it was really hot outside after driving my car I would turn it off and then have a problem restarting it. After reading here on HT I found out that it is a common problem. MAIN RELAY. Not sure why it does it but I bought a new one and threw it in.........no more problem. I would check there first. Also not sure what a baro sensor is exactly.

Baro sensor is a atmispheric (sp) pressure sensor. It adjust the ECU fuel maps depening on the air pressure. If its hot and your car will not start I would suggest the main relay also. Now a BARO sensor is on the Passenger side Kick panel kinda under the dash. If its bad will get a code 13.
