Default Spring Rates On Street/Strip Modded EF Sedans??

I have b18c going into EF sedan and my current Eibach springs are like about 220# and could not even hold the b16 so need to upgrade and was thinking of going to about 400 front and 350 rear.

Anybody else with experience or apps.

I kept getting locked in suspension section which really sucked since I was asking an important question. B's are B's so will let them rest over on that forum...

400/450 f & 350 rear is supposed to be pretty nice, possibly stiff, but it's supposed to give very predictable handling & support the weight much better.
