ok i called up a vendor for rings for my Jes and they said that they needed a part number to match them up to it... IS this correct? i have these pistons for a standard bore LS block.... what was that man referring to?

 

They were probabaly refering to the job number of the piston but I don't see why they would need it to get standard bore rings.

 

well i called ericks racing... they were the ones that asked this

Why don't you just call JE? They will sell one set directly to you.
