Question about license plate lights....

Question about license plate lights....
When I get rear ended, I got a new rear bumper and the shop never hooked up the license plate lights 
Well, recently got pulled over, and along with an exhaust fix ticket, I got a fix ticket for the license plate lights. I dont really feel like taking off the back bumper, so is there a wire I can tap going to the taillights or something that I can run to the license plate bulbs? TIA, peace.

well when they fixed ur car what happen to the harnes for the license plate lights?? it shouldnt be all that complicated... plus takin off the rear bumper is only 20 minutes if that..

oh but, if you want to wire it, then jus wire it up to one of hte parking light wires, then when ever u turn on ur headlamps or parkin lamps, they will light up.
