It is a giant incest pool of police corruption that gives out $400,000 in tickets a year! And the best thing is, the town is the size of a football field! Yup, my grandparents almost got carjacked there and when they sped away to avoid the carjackers, the police pulled them over and gave them a speeding ticket at the very next block.

 

What are we talking about really? 2 little corrupt pigs? In ohio? take the plates off your truck, stop for the cop, he pulls behind throw it in rev. and smash the cop car. Problem solved. Or just don't stop till you get to another police station.

Yeah, that might work. But if you read the "tales of woe" on the website, you'll see that the "wannabe cops" of New Rome tend to overreact with extreme prejudice! They beat down random people, including elderly, accusing them of ridiculous things such as throwing punches at them and stuff! And, despite the "Trailer of Injustice's" best efforts to prevent getting their asses handed to them, the Ohio Supreme Court has awarded settlements to victims of police brutality in New Rome. So, imagine trying to argue with one of these guys and instead of an irritated cop, you get a nightstick in your face and end up spending the night in jail for assaulting an officer! All you really did was say "but officer, I . . .". Just in case anyone was planning on stopping or driving through Columbus on the way to Beaver Run, now you know where to avoid. No matter what, they will pull you over even if you didn't do anything wrong! That's how they make money. The more tickets they give out, the more they get paid. It's extortion.

 

But you get paid for it in the end.

 

I think that it would be funny to see the caravan go through there just to see how many tickets they try and hand out. I am sure that it would be a lot.

You guys shouldn't come anywhere close to New Rome. Just don't stop on the west side of Columbus off of I-70 anywhere. Plus, it's better to stop on the east side anyways since you have more restaurants (and exits) to choose from.

 

While we're bombing Iraq, we should accidentally let a cluster bomb slip out over this ****-hole of a town. Better yet, we should hold our next 'National ITR meet' in that inbreed waste of american space.

 

I think we are actually going on I-80 all the way, until we have to head southeast after Cleveland.

 

We have to flaunt illegal cars just outside of their jurisdiction.

 

I'm down with that. The sad thing is, these cops are the least respected law enforcement officials in the nation. I have heard stories of off duty officers getting pulled over passing through with their families. The good cops just sit and mock the sh*t out of the New Rome guys. I know a local cop where I live said that the New Rome guys are "a disgrace to the badge". that's gotta hurt!

Another funny thing . . .

The new mayor, who wants to end all the bullsh*t, won the recent election with only six votes! The police chief, who is in on the whole extortion plot, tried to arrest the new mayor for stuffing the ballot. The whole town corrupt part of the town council is sh*tting themselves because they have attracted national attention and are now officially f*cked! So to try and counter that, the police chief wines about the vote being fixed and actually tries to arrest the new mayor! What a crock of horsesh*t!!!
