Default sohc dc2 integra...

didn't japan make a few of these sohc 3rd generation integra's? I just wanted to know what they were called and exactly which motor they came with. and if anyone has a picture that'll be nice too!

they look exactly like USDM Gen3 integras.
Chasis code DC1, 1.6L SOHC ZC unit with dual keihlin carbs (105bhp) badged ZX

Also ZXi - 1.6L SOHC with PGMFi (120bhp)

Then from 1995 onwards they got the JDM front end with the straight lights and retained the 1.6 PGMFi engine (carbs no longer available)

visually the only difference in them and Si/SiR/SiR-G models was drum brakes on the rear instead of discs

also some of those SOHC zc motors were put into the Xi model 4dr awd integra's.
too bad none of those awd models came with a b18c5 motor.

Wow!! did some JDM dual carb teg club post them pics?

I owned a JDM ZX (dual carb) and theyre not actuall that slow, they could keep ahead of MKIII golf GTis up to about 110mph then the golf passed an pulled away The engine screamed and sounds so crude at high revs, and it drank fuel like a ****, but the interior of the one i had was identical to my SiVTEC interior, except the seats had a different pattern. All in all they were a decent car and never gave a moments bother. I owned my 1994 ZX in 1996 and was possibly one of the first people in Ireland to own a G3 integra (the only integra officially sold by honda was the ITR and that didnt arrive till 1998) So even though it was only a 1.6 sohc, it got loads of attention and i actually sold it a year later for almost $800 more than i paid for it

The ZX/ZXi was available in 2 and 4 door, just like a GSR is available in 2 or 4 door

Anyone have a picture or diagram of the underside of a 4wd integra? I just don't see how you can fit all that stuff under the car, You'd need a driveshaft and a rear diff, and I just don't see where it would go.

it looks like it has a y8 intake manifold on it, but i don't see a vtec solenoid, so it's got to be some funky variation. it was called an Integra SE (special edition). This is actually Asild's car before he imported it and swapped it and generally pimped it out.
