Will a JDM 4into1 DC SPORT HEADER fit a 95 GSR?

 

yes, if you tell them its for a 95 gsr when you order...

 

not a direct bolt on though. you'll need a new cat with and 2.5" inlet

the cat is not the problem...the header is like 3inches too long......Engineering Performance said to either cut the header or move the cat back....Does that sound right?

 

Do not cut the header, either cut the cat to shorten it, or cut the muffler side of the exhaust before it bolts onto the cat, but do not cut the header, besides you will not be able to cut 3" off the header and have enough piping remaining to weld the flange back on to!
