Depends on what quality you are looking for. Anywhere from $100-$300.

 

for a 98+ you'll probably be look at around 150-300 for the bumper depending upon condition, thats the going rate i've seen on honda-tech's classified section. The better ones, i don't think u'll need to pay for repaint. As for painting a bumper... you will want them to mix in a little flex additive and do a good job so no less than 100 to repaint the bumper...

 

Go to any collision/auto body shop and ask them who they go through for bumpers. A company I worked for in the past went through a company that sold Urethane replacement bumpers for 95.00.
