what is required to change from obd-0 to obd-1 for ls/vtec in crx
i currently have a ls/vtec in my crx and i wanted to conver to obd-1 so i can use hondata because i have heard of people having bad luck with obd-0 hondata. i was just curious how this can be done . can i just buy a conversion harness from blown90hatch and a obd-1 ecu and call it a day or is there more involved?

you need an OBDI ECU (P28 or P72), conversion harness, and OBDI distributor. you will have to re-wire your connectors for the OBDI distributor also. i think that should do it. i plan on doing this swap myself in a few months but i'll be trying my luck with hondata and OBD0 first. goodluck
now another question is would this change the impedence to my injectors. and would i have to run a obd-1 o2 sensor?
you can use either type of injectors but if you use obd1 style you will need a new set of inj clips and cut out the resistor. Yes you need the newer o2 sensor too.
does anyone have a website or thread, of a complete rundown of what is involved with this, that would really help. thanks
this might help. mostly courtesy of Stormin Matt who i'm sure is actually a member here also.
