what are the best lowering springs and shocks for 97 accord ex?

 

I have Arospeed springs w/ Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustable shocks
The ride is awsome but can be a little bouncy. I imagine coilovers would stiffen it up a little more.. go with Ground Control or Skunkworks.

 

i dont want coil overs, because i heard that they can mess up your cars alignment.

 

Tokicos Illuminas are great!! But I need money so I'm selling mine. email me if interested. They will fit your gen accord I believe.

if you don't want coilovers then the best setup would be eibach pro kit w/ koni yellows.. tokico's are good too.. neuspeeds w/ the koni's is a good combo as well.. i have sportlines w/ my stock shocks and it rides smooth but the prokit will be smoother it also depends on how low you want to go

If you do ANYTHING to the suspension of your car (if you have one).. It will mess the alignment up.. Coilovers are NO different from regular (lowering) springs other than you can adjust the height of your car and also get it corner balanced for better handling...

 

The best suspension is no suspension yo! Just take your shocks and springs out. They are useless. Bump stops are so much better dampers anyway.
