Default Auto to Manual conversion for 92 EX

I did a search for this, and found nothing, but does anyone know of a site or forum that has posts about converting an automatice 92 accord ex to a manual. I need to find some info on this swap if it is possible. Thanx in advance.

Try searching using different terms. I got a lot of results when i searched for "tranny swap" This was one of the more informative ones. It has a link to a step by step how to for a auto to 5spd conversion.

hey i just coverted my 93 accord lx 10th ann from an automatic to a 5 speed. 2 day job. i used a trany of the same year and the lx model not the lx 10th ann. the swap went great but a couple of things i need help with.

1- the mount on the tranny (engine right side mont) is off about 1 inches to the back of the car. i had to pry it into place and if i tighten the mount nuts to the trany it will raise the tranny too high. IS THERE ANY SPECIAL MOUNTS OUT THERE TO MAKE IT WORK, OR WAT CAN I DO?

2- now that every runs, my abs light in the dash comes on after i start and drive the car for about two car lengths, CAN ANYONE HELP? remember i did swap the axles from auto to 5 speed axels

Any one with question or can help me please reply or contact me at khmaiprince1@aol.com for quick response

THANX

im thinking of doing this to my 93 EX, if i bought all the parts seperately what would be a rough cost at having this done at a shop?
