Default Damn it, I forgot which side the thermo. gasket goes on!!!

I pulled it out and dont remember which side the damn gasket goes on. The helms is confusing me because it wants it on the outside of the thermostat but it makes sense to me to have the gasket on the inside.

ps I didnt drain the radiator first either damn hondas

the gasket wraps arount the edge the of the thermostat, so it seals both sides.
