WTB:GSR or ITR tranny casing or blown tranny with good casings
Basically all I need is the inner and outer casings. When I was looking for a transmission before I could find lots of transmissions that were like grinds 1-5 and has no reverse but easily repairable. Now all I can find is ones that people claim are in perfect shape. Doesn't anyone have one in need of a rebuild with quality casings?

got a b16 tranny casing just got rebuilt new diff, new final drive, new countershaft, new gears 1-4th... but 5th just ate it... make an offer...

I have an ITR transmission and the gears and diff and everything are fine just the case is damaged. I posted before and was told the inner casings from b16 and ls trannys were different. However, I think I was told you could machine those to fit the larger differential of the ITR. If someone can confirm this possibly I will buy yours.
