Default Cluth pedal softer when cold?

Sometimes I notice that when I first drive my car on any given day, the clutch pedal seems to require less effort than normal for the first few miles, then eventually goes back to normal. Any ideas what might cause that?

A cold clutch always grabs harder than a hot clutch.... But I don't know why your pedal is softer....

Possibly the hydrolic fluid acts different when cold compaired to when its hot?

When was the last time your flushed/filled, and what fluid?
