Default Driveshaft problem?

Ok, here is my problem. I have a 98 ITR and for a while, whenever I crank the steering almost to lock I get kind of a thunk thunk thunk and some kick back in the steering wheel. I've meant to look at it but it was only at near full lock so I was not too worried. Now I seem to have kind of an added vibration and drivetrain roughness pretty much at all speeds. Does it sound like a driveshaft? Prehaps a bad diff?

Thanks,
Tom

get an alignment/rack adjustment.

you may have been rubbing and by forcing the full lock you may have thrown your steering rack off. better yet, a bad alignment.
