How do you figure out what size fuel injector to use?

How do you figure out what size fuel injector to use?
I've been told I will have to upgrade my fuel injectors once I get the Hondata, but I don't know how to calculate the correct number of CCs. 440 seems to be suggested the most, but I still don't know why (other than they can handle more fuel).
Can anyone shed some light on how to choose the right fuel injector rating? Thanks to all who can help!
