I think i may have a brake wear problem. It seems as if the rear brakes are wearing down faster then the fronts. I just replaced all the pads and rotors, and now like 5k miles i hear that little scratching noise that tells you your pads are low in the rear.... What can it be?

 

u could have your calipers sticking that is why the rear pads are wearing out that quick

Did you actually see your rear brake pads worn down? The rear pads are very easy to see so check them out.

If they are wearing down quickly there could be a possibility of your parking brake cable being too tightly adjusted. After you put in fresh rear pads it's probably a good idea to check the e-brake tension.
