Charge piping/welding costs?
I'm new to turbos, and I'm thinking of doing a junkyard turbo (T25) on my CRX Si. I've done some research on what it takes, but I see there is quite a bit of welding needed for such a custom job (BOV flange, custom downpipe, charge piping, oil pan return) and I can't weld. What is such a job likely to cost at a good muffler shop? I'm talking about all the piping from the turbo to the intercooler to the TB (including the BOV flange welding), and the downpipe and a full exhaust. I'm thinking probably $500+. Am I wrong?
EDIT: As a related question on the BOV, on Honda's where is the MAP sensor located? I'm pretty sure it is not before the intake piping (acutally, quite sure), so is it bad to vent the BOV to the atmosphere (as in, not likely to cause rich-run conditions)?
Also, where are the check valves supposed to be located to prevent the CEL?
Sorry for the noob q's, I didn't have much luck with my searching. Please feel free to direct me elsewhere.

Buy one of those cutoff machines from Sears or Home Depot. The cheapest one should do and just take a day and cut your mandrel pipes. Pipes should run you over $50. JC Whitney is the magical word. get some clamps and rubbers and have a fun weekend filled with beer, pizza, and friends....
