98 itr w/90,000 miles, value?
there is no blue book i can find for this car, so here it is, its a 98 with about 90,000 miles, the interior and exterior look perfect, is this worth the asking price of 13,000. if not what should i offer him? help me get an R

As long as the engine and everything else checks out, this is a great price.

Both should have the value of this car.
"Loan" value is roughly $12,500 for a 98 R with 50-70k on it.
