What Stock Radios Work in What Year Cars??? Stereo Installers???

I have a 1993 Civic DX HB and I want to put a stock Honda CD Player in it. My question is, what year cars can I get a CD Player from and use the same harness?

98-99 is when honda changed the plug in the dash for the radio, so pretty much any radio 98 or older will work.
