changing tranny oil

Default changing tranny oil

in malta we have a small prob , we do not find oem transmittion oil for an itr what do you suggest? write know i am using torco mtf synthetic oil .

it wont kill you, but if you insist on honda MTF, simply import it in.

if you plan on keeping the car for a while, get 5-7 bottles.

if you have a GM/Chevy dealer nearby, you might want to try out GM Synchromesh... good stuff.

I run RedLine MTL.
oh dead god. now you have done it. Be prepared for the "Redline MTL will ruin your tranny in 5k miles!" group of village idiots to appear

Sorry .. I didn't know ``RedLine MTL'' was fighting words in this forum. Bunch of Honda racers run it, so I ran it in the race car as well since I also run RedLine in the motor.

Oh well. Do you guys get JDM oil in the EU? Endless, HKS, et al make oil and gear oil.

oh don't worry. Some of us are smart enough to test things out instead of listening to the village idiots. I run redline mtl and have been for at least 40k miles. My **** is still fine. It's just that some of these people believe that it ***** up the tranny for some unknown reason.

I'm also running redline mtl for the trans and redline syn. for the motor.
