Wrapping maxrev dp....no worries?

Default Wrapping maxrev dp....no worries?

I would have no worries about my maxrev downpipe rusting if i wrapped it with that thermal shtuff would I(because its SS)?

you really shouldnt wrap the dp unless ur concerned with temps under the hood or parts near the dp melting. if thats the case, the wrap works great! be warned, that insulating the stainless will reduce its corrosion resistance. FWIW ive seen wrapped stainless dp's/exhausts corrode and "sort of rust" when exposed to large amounts of water and salt.
