I've searched already and I know this topic has been beaten to death, but I have no first hand experience in swapped CRX's what so ever.

what are people usually running with a totally stock b16a in a CRX HF?

what about a b18a?

 

street tires.. THE best conditions ever high/mid14's but usually in the 15's for a B16A.

b18A pretty much the same. jus a couple tenths diff.

 

ouch...in an 1800lb car? I've seen full bodied EG hatches do mid 14's on a totally stock b16a

hmm oh ya.. HF.. didnt think about that. jus gave a general range of 1/4 mile time for reg eg/ef swap

 

What's that I was saying earlier about being misinformed? Since when does b16a CRX run 15's in the 1/4? I've said this before, i'll say it again: If you can't get into the 14's with a b16a CRX, you cannot drive.

 

ive got a b16a hf gutted...if someone wants to help me get it running we can take it to the track!!!!

 

High 14's with a stock -and I mean stock, right down to the exhaust- B16A in a CRX. Hell, raene's si ran a 14.8 stock. Also depends on which tranny you have.
