Default Coilover Spring Rate in EF (91) Civic Sedan?

This car will be 98% street driven but is still a second car, and may make its way to the track. ITR motor with upgrades in power, car weight about 2500 lbs., sways, stbs, etc. installed already.

I was thinking ov going ~400 lbs in the front and 350 lbs. in the rear...

What do you guys think?
