swap guys!! HELP ME PLZ!! BIG PROBLEM!
I did a ls/vtec swap this past week. I just got my car back from the shop today. Drive it home, pop the hood, and its pis.sing out rad fluid from my intake manifold. And my rad reserve tank is bubbling. This means my b16A head had a crack in it. cause I am burning rad fluid, I can even smell it in my exaust.
Anyone know what the problem is here, and how I fix it. The rad leak is coming from the left bottom side of the intake manifold.

it could just be your head gasket

what pistons are you using??
what head gasket are you using?
did you build the motor yourself if so what did you torque the head bolts at??

this is my set-up
B16A1 Head
LS Distributor
B18B block
PR3 B16A pistons 11:5:1
new pistons rings
honed cyclinder walls
New cam seals
intake manifold gasket
Stock LS headgasket
LS waterpump
LS timing belt
I am running a p72 OBD1 GSR ecu, I think my comp is messed, cause it was running hondata before, but the guy took it out and burnt the stock chip back in, I have no knock sensor on my b18B block, so I burnt a mugen program into my ECU. My friend is a honda guru (another friend not the guy that did the swap) he told me that I need resisitors on my ECU cause I am running like crap right now. I am running sooo rich, and my car is mis-firing every so often, theres black smoke coming outta my exuast, I drove 60kms and already burnt half a tank.
Also my friend told me I need a newer style intake manifold cause my head is obd0 88-91 sir, and thats why its mis firing cause I need the sensors on the manifold, also my check engine light has been on every since I did this swap.
