I may be getting a free intake from a friend. He has a 95 prelude si. The piping and box looks bigger than mines. Wonering if anybody has swapped their accord intakes for prelude ones? Think it would fit?

not sure, but i guess the stock onoe is better thean your stock one

you shoudl try to find a prelude throttle body too. that would be a good swap, the throttle body + intake. you would probobly see more fo a gain than just the intake.

 

If you do this make sure you portmatch the throttle body to the intake manifold plenum so your airflow isn't restricted.

 

Hmm.. how much bigger is the prelude TB than the accord's? Would it be easier to port out the accord TB or just grab a prelude TB from a junkyard? I dont really want to spend a lot for just a prelude TB cause Im already saving for the whole h22.
