Have you guys ever though about Extrude Honing the Moanifold? I bet it would only be $100 or so.

what turbo are ou running? will you measure the clearence between the turbo and the three bolt holes for the front motor mount?

 

man if i had the money and geoff enough time i would buy 4 at a time and could sell them all day long down here just got to prove to these ***** to quit buying those logs and get a mans manifold right

 

its going in a civic with no lower support only upper and there no lower front mount

extrude honing is actually pretty expensive. I don't know how much for a manifold, but it's almost $400 for a turbine housing! I think it's high because it's cast iron, maybe the manifold would be cheaper?

 

im not a fan of extrude honeing the turbo as you loose all control over the A/R
but that manifold is sick

OMG WOW! thats an amazing piece of art! extremely sexy.

 

I don't like the way that style collector transitions to the flange, seems too hard to get it synched right.

The quality of Geoff's manifolds keep looking better and better. Not trying to talk **** about the older ones, they looked great, but you can tell someone spends all day playing with manifolds. Very nice.

 

looking really good, my buddy had the same work done with his mani,, gotta love custom mandrel bent..

i should have taken a pic of the beads on the outside of the mani before jon welded the inside.....they were golden

 

so geoff doesnt doo all the fabrication on these mani he has people do them for him not jocking geoff just curious
