Default Cutting a/c belt..any gain in power?

Well i never really use my a/c except to defrost sometimes.
it just bogs the motor down so bad that even on the hottest days i dont use it.
anyone done this to their Si?

I don't even have a/c . Even before my swap the a/c was completely removed from my car by the previous owner.
I head just disconnecting the belt will give you a small increase in power.

People say its good for 2-3 hp max.
