ever since ive got my b16a in my clutch is realllllly stiff and sticky like its getting cought on something but it comes and goes so i really cant tell where it would be coming from ?? petal cluster? tranny? IDK?? just seeing if anyone else had this problem or ideas thanks

 

Could be throw out bearing.

 

thats what i was thinking since its kinda winny when i start it up .. but do you think that would make my petal feel like im trying to move a mountion every time i shift?

 

What kind of clutch did you get?

Hard pushing can be the pressure plate or the cable adjustment on your tranny is too tight. Sticking on the release is a sign of a bad throwout/release bearing.


Edit: If you get that whiny sound when you start and it goes away as soon as you press the clutch down, then the problem is the bearing.
