ok guys,

i have a hondata 2B and my emulator has took a **** on me.. i think the chips burned up.. i know that i can just replace the chips on the board and be done, but my Q is that right now i can get a really good deal on one of the new romulators..

But i need to know if i can use this new one with my 2.5v software, will i be able to just flash my ecu in real time by just dowloading to the emulator like i would with the old emulator???

You have to uprgrade to the new romeditor 3.0 software, which is a 300.00 option. Then you have to get the upgrade off the website for buyers of the new system (you can only get the password if you purchased the system through hondata). The version 3.1 supports the romulator and autotune feature. Actually, the version 3.0 supports the romulator but not the auto tune feature. The upgrade to 3.1 version is free once you buy the software from hondata. You cannot tune the newer s200 systems with your older stage 4b system. Only the newer s200 systems with the support tools and software can support the stage 2, 3, 4 and newer s100, s200 systems.
